Tristana's JUMP cannot JUMP over veigar's stun, because it's considered a dash?

now i don't know about you but that doesn't make sense to me

Not a bug. Working as intended. "Doesn't make sense" isn't much of an argument in games. Why can Lucian dash over any wall? His dash is just kind of 'rushing' forward without any vertical at all. You should smack right into the wall.

How do Bullet shots (from Tristana let's say) follow a target when they move? Bullets don't do that. How does someone hold a cannnon the size of themselves? The laws of physics would say she should get launched backwards.

It's an AOE stun which doesn't apply to the law of physics, you're not allowed to go outside or touch it otherwise you get stunned, w/o flash anyway

Because you can't get over the stun.

This is intended. The only thing that gets through are abilities that make you untargetable (vlad pool, xayah ult.) Unstoppable (malph and sion ult) or blinks (Flash. Ezreal E. Leblanc w recast) everything else is stopped.
