Azir still bugged

Played a game as azir on 3s, had all the same issues as before (albeit not nearly as often) ex. Ult failing to knock enemies away, enemies being allowed to walk through ult, unable to cast e immediately after casting w. etc. seems they got most of em but im still noticing that they are indeed happening still. (was against a vayne and a vi, who were very often ignoring my ult)
