Login field delay [CLIENT]

When the client boots, the username and password fields are visible and clickable, but you cannot paste data into the fields until about 5-6 seconds after they become visible, although you can type manually during this time. I use a password manager, so I copy+paste my 16-digit random string password rather than use a memorized one.

1. Copy a string to system clipboard.
2. Launch LoL client.
3. Splash logo displays, then full client appears with intro animation and login fields.
4. Attempt to paste string into username or password field.

Expected behavior: string pastes successfully and immediately into either field. Actual behavior: string will not paste into either field until 5-6 seconds after they are visible, clickable, and type-able. Reproducible: every time client is launched.
