League Launcher Stuck at 33%
My launcher is scanning files but is not moving from 33% I started over the launcher 3 times i restarted my computer.
I was playing this morning and now it wont load past 33%

This has been a problem since I started playing about 2 years ago. They aren't going to attempt to fix it. What you can try doing is turning off P2P, or whatever, in the settings. That worked for me. Also, just leave it on all night. Sometimes it is downloading, just not updating your progress.
is your laptop/desktop old? or your connection bad?
I've had this issue twice with two recent patches. Check your firewall settings and make sure LoL is allowed through. I've had re-allow it twice now, and both times, the patch completed normally.
Okay everyone, I found a solution!
For Windows: just delete the "filearchives" file, which is in this filepath: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_game_client. The full thread I found this from is http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/JfLm3Pww-patcher-stuck-at-33-and-calculating-differences. Then, it should re-patch, but this time it will go above 33%.
For Macs, there were two different solutions that seemed to work: the first one is at this link, and the second one is to delete the "lol_airclient" folder, which is located in \Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects. You might have to right click and choose "Show Package Contents".
