Quickcast and Trinket hotkey keep resetting themselves.

Ever since I loaded patch 5.16 I have to reconfigure my quick cast and my trinket hotkey every time I open a new instance of the client. Noticing that you quickcast is not set during a ranked match is not fun at all, or noticing you didn't set the ward you thought u had and have to waste time doing so. Either something is wrong or I have to do something extra to save the setting. Please help. Thanks
