When you press tab a look at Kogmaw's name it says something else completely in game

And in Champ Select it's "**Kog'Maw"

Display_Character_Name_Kogmaw perhaps? Yes a slight bug, it wont affect your game it tend to happen from time to time. Try submitting this under Report a Bug for proper threading. Best of luck.
