Randimation - where the game bugs so you don't see what you expected or what Riot claims you see

cross map Ults disappearing when hitting walls. minions dying to suicide, pathing that makes you walk like a ghost or like a really creepy molester to minions and other champs. The list goes on. The problem is the randimation module Riot installed for all their game modes. It's worst with high ping, but you can still see it with 33ms ping if you get unlucky. Or not because it happens often enough. I don't even think Riot knows where it comes from seeing as the best they can do is release new skins and drag and drop abilities to make new champions.
