As Tryndamere wearing an active Guardian Angel I was killed by a Graves. I pressed my ult, but it activated After I had died and entered the Guardian Angel animation, effectively wasting my ult. I should not be able to activate any skills while I am dead or in a temporarily-dead state.
The point of Trynd ult is that it can be activated no matter what effects he's under
It's unintuitive to add special cases where you can't activate Trynd's ult
Not that I don't believe you, but it may be good for you to record a clip from your replay and upload it.
Just remember to turn off summoner names if there are any other players in view. (your post isn't exactly shaming anyone, but it is still a good practice)
