Text when killing 2nd and 4th dragon is wrong

In patch 4.21, the 2nd and 4th dragon buffs were swapped. The text that appears when killing your 2nd or 4th dragon, however, was not.

Seeing "Tower Destruction" appear when receiving a buff that gives you increased damage to monsters and minions is very confusing.
