[CLIENT] My turn in champ select, but looks like it's still other teams turn.

TL;DR- CLIENT DID NOT CYCLE TO ME WHEN IT WAS MY TURN IN CHAMP SELECT AND SHOWED SAME OPPONENTS TURN TO PICK A SECOND TIME BEFORE KICKING ME AFTER TIMING OUT. I i usually don't post here, but figured this would help out the community in case someone else has same issue in ranked or normal draft. I was 4th to pick on blue team and it was about to be my turn to go, the guy before me on the other team was cycling through champs really fast, probably spamming the rando button even as it chose his champ. As soon as i heard it lock for him it changed one last time, to , a second after u would expect it to have locked him normally even given lag. I heard the sound, but it showed that it was his turn to pick again with the border around his champ, and i was grayed out, but he was grayed out also and timer was counting down for pick. I thought it was odd and waited to see and lo and behold i was kicked for not choosing a champ. If this had been ranked I probably would have been a bit more ticked off but since it was a norm was rather amused. Looks like client needs a bug fix Rito.
