Xerath Ult Auto-Firing At Feet

All night in ARAM (4/20/15-4/21), whenever a Xerath has used his ult, he's immediately fired one of his three shots at his feet. My friend did it when his champion wasn't even on his screen. I haven't had it happen to me, but I've seen it happen to at least 3 others. It happens about 4 seconds into this (otherwise unrelated) video.

FIX THIS. As a Xerath main, please fix it. It is very annoying.

Played an ARAM a couple nights ago and this would happen about half of the time if I spam casted R.

I've seen it happen with other abilities as well. On Ez I cast QW than went for an R and it shot behind me instead of where my mouse was pointed at.

Seems to be based around using R quickly after something else(form change for Xerath perhaps?). Or after a cast timer(Ez W, form change for Xerath).

I have reproduced this as well in summoners rift.

Steps to reproduce: hit r as fast as possible and as much as possible. Button Mashing your ULT seems to cause the first shot to hit your feet.

I think if the first shot is fired right before or rite as rite of the arcane's bar fills, it will fire directly at your feet.
