[CLIENT BUG] Error- Unknown Platform Error (Masteries)

As of today, I made a new Mastery page for a Champion. Whenever it would try to save it would tell me Error-Unexpected Platform Error.

Visually, the Masteries are saved. When selecting Masteries in Champ select, I get the same error and my Masteries don't load, but my Runes do. Upon exiting the client and going back to Summoner Profile>Masteries, the Mastery page I just created is gone.

I visually confirmed this by making a Mastery page that grants AP (the Offensive tree that grants a static +6 AP). I selected Shen, selected Rune page and Mastery page, got the error. In-game, I still have 0 AP. All morning I have been wondering why my Shen felt like paper. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS.

Update I repaired my client and i still does it

I just had this problem. Was playing kha jungle, and I have 4.5% cdr in my runes and 5% in my mastery page. When I went to click the mastery page I got the Unknown Platform Error, and when I got in game I only had 5% cdr. What was odd though was for a split second when I was fighting the Red Buff at about 7 minutes it showed I had 10%, but when I recalled it when back to not having any.

I was curious why my first clear felt so weak. Maybe that's why.
