Rakan's E Causes a stutter when smartcasting

When Rakan appears to be having cast range issues with his E. He will occasionally stutter if Smart casting on a non-Xayah target, in much the same way Classic Ryze would with the differences in range on his Q and his autos.

In team fights, I tend to mash my keys until they go off, but when I tried to do this with Rakan's E, he simply stuttered in place as though he were trying to dash to Xayah, realized it wasn't Xayah, and so the ability cancelled. It cost me a few skirmishes. :c

Fun champ, but I don't think I'll be playing him until this is figured out.
