Steel Tempest was not knocking up enemy Elise ......

just played a game as yasuo and when i got enough charges on steel tempest for the whirlwind and i shot it in elises direction and hit her it would not knock her up something would pop up when it <to small and in battle to see what it was, maybe dmg from it> but no knock up each time.....
