Everything laggs since start of game,my ping is ok.After relog client - login screen stuck.

I have several games which I have like lagg or frame drop from the start of the game. I can't play like this ( i see everything delayed and only like 10th frame) and force shut the client . When i reopen and try to log in it gets stuck on the login screen and that's it. The only thing that helps me is totally to reset my network card from the router ( but also that aint easy because my windows repair tool doesnt do it automatically). What should i do in general to avoid those things....im loosing games and getting frustrated as hell. Thanks.
