Bug with Bond of Stone Mastery

Bond of Stone is 2% not 4%. I am not sure if it is still 2% or is the tooltip just wrong.

I believe they nerfed it, but haven't updated the tooltip yet.

They stated that it was too strong in a solo lane, when it was intended to be used mostly as a duo option.

Yeah they did nerf it but I was wondering if it acutally changed in game or is the tool tip just wrong
