Can't join games or create lobbys

I have no idea what changed but starting today I have three computers in my house that can no longer create lobby's or join games. It is intermittent on them however, in the past 3 years I have never had to do this before. Therefore, this seems to be a League problem, not a me problem, as nothing has changed on any of these machines or on my network.
