Lol air Client

my lol_air_client is missing but its impossible to launch the legacy client.. i have been having issues and have reinstalled league.. all the times i have mention lag issues and such im told about this air client but i cant find it.. how do i get this?.. or is something else going on?

Legacy client is gone dude.

lol_air_client is the legacy client, it is long gone.
