Poppy and Hec

The w of poppy make hec E push him away. (It says it stops dash from enemy. But Hec e isn't a dash. So why is he pushed back? If its not a bug then Please change it. Like it wasn't op to no be able to see the q of poppy when there is a lot of minions near.

It is a dash in some instances: "If Hecarim's target is beyond narrow terrain, Hecarim dashes over it to reach his target."

it can have a short dash that does the knockback, but the MS doesn't, does poppy block your ult as well?
