Constant Glitches Since Preseason

Ever since the preason patch I've been glitching like CRAZY. Bug splats, a game_error_directx error, and now I just had a completely new one where it "loaded" me into the game, but when the screen open it showed no champions and I couldn't do anything, just a still screen of the fountain and shop. Before patch 9.23 I would maybe glitch out 1 game in 100. Since that patch its been about 1 in 5 games. What is going on? Is there anything I can do here?
