Garen Q bug with statikk shiv

If garen q's with stormrazer and statik shiv, the statikk shiv damage goes off before the auto attack even happens and it only does around 80 damage when its supposed critically strike with the auto attack to deal around 300 damage since stormrazer plus the 30% crit chance from statikk shiv is supposed to make it do an ensured 200% damage crit on your first auto.
