Lobby has no censored words but in game it does

In lobby selecting champs, messaging friends or groups, etc there is no language filter. When I am in a game, words are filtered. I have language filter checked off.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is it something wrong with my end? It's no big deal if this gets fixed or not. Just a little weird seeing ****** for words.
