[Gameplay] Azir Passive Breaking. Markers Appearing on All Turrets. Infinite Azir Turret Duration.
I was playing a ranked 5v5 team match today, here is the match history link.

The Champions involved were Cassiopia, Janna, Jax, Maokai, and Lucian on the Enemy Team, and Lulu, Yorick, Azir, Tristana, and Morganan on my Team.
At some point during the game, I'm not sure when it started, but my Disc of the Sun passive marker (small light up triangle) began appearing on ALL turrets in the game destroyed or not. They were appearing on Our non-destroyed turrets, The Enemy Teams non-destroyed turrets, and even our Spawning Pool Obelisk.
The markers could be raised as Disc of the Sun turrets on allied non-destroyed turrets. I did this in lane vs Cassiopia and almost killed her because my turret was actually 2 turrets and shooting her twice each time. The markers on enemy non-destroyed turrets did not appear to be able to be raised because the command for raising is the same as for attacking so Azir just attacked the enemy turret each time.
The markers could also be raised on the Spawning Pool Obelisk resulting in two towers on the Spawning Pool that never die because the Disc of the Sun is being healed by the spawn pool and never dies. The Disc of the Sun in this picture had been activated for at least 3 minutes.

I have not tried re-producing this bug, and I apologize that I don't have the turret selected in the picture but the Disc of the Sun turret was at full health even after roughly three minutes of being spawned over top of the Spawn Obelisk.
TL;DR Azir can spawn his Disc of the Sun on top of living allied turrets thus creating a turret that shoots twice for every attack.
