Chat not working?
So this is a series of things that all happen together. I'll start from the title and work my way through.

Can't chat. No, I don't have a chat ban, but in-game, I cannot bring up the typing bar, although I can see the chat fine.

Pings don't work correctly. I've used CTRL + Mouse for my pings for my entire Leeg career, but for some reason when I do it now, the cursor that shows which ping I'm going to choose (not that I ever use it anymore) flies WAAAY off-screen, and I have to move my mouse an obscene distance to get to the ping I want, usually in a circular motion. I'm no longer able to use the basic location ping (CTRL + LMB). I've all but given up using pings as a form of communication.

Emotes don't work correctly, but not for the same reason. They just don't appear, although they are equipped.

The LoL mouse cursor isn't used in-game, I'm stuck with my basic mouse cursor, which is actually harder than I thought to see in a teamfight scenario or even when I just quickly move my mouse from one location to the next. (Like when I try to pull off an epic Zoe Q-R-Flash-W-Q combo and my mouse is in four different locations at once)
That's the extent that I can remember off the top of my head. If anything else comes to mind, I'll be sure to add it.
P.S. Using the "Initiate Full Repair" fixes everything for ONE game only. Kinda strange imo. P.P.S. Hextech Repair Tool crashes every time I try to use it now, also.
