RP card stuck redeeming

I´ve got RP card as Christmas gift and when i try to redeem it, the loading wheel with ´´Redeeming´´ shows up and it keeps spinning. I know that some people arleady posted this issue but most of them are on NA server, and some people got it to work or at least got the ´´card has already been redeemed´´ error already and wrote a support ticket. So i want to know if im the only one who´s still waiting for card to redeem and also if Riot knows that the issue is occuring on other servers too, because its mentioned only on NA service status.
