[GAMEPLAY]

Sometimes, I'll start a match, and my keys will all be disabled, except for when I'm typing in chat. What this means is no shop, no activated items, no summoners, no regular spells. Usually, restarting the client will fix it. Not so this time; I went an entire match having to cast manually, by clicking on the skill I wanted to use, and then the person/direction I wanted to cast on/in. Needless to say, I lost the match. Now, I'm stuck like this.

Resetting keybinds does not work. Trying to set binds to new keys also does not work. Repairing the client has also not worked. I've just reinstalled the game, but it's still patching, and likely will be all night. Any ideas on how to fix this?
