some weird bugs

idk if its my computer literally breaking or what but. i just played a game and heres what happened. a diana zhonyas'd and i zyra q'd her and soon and she came out of the zhonyas the loudest noise i've ever heard and my computer wasnt even turned up that loud but it was just the loudest more distorted noise came out of my speakers i almost immediately closed my laptop but it stopped after a second. a few more bugs. one is my pings get stuck and i try to left click or right click somewhere and its as if im pressing g and then trying to move so it pings that blue ping around. that happens for a few seconds then fixes.
