Thanks for those, my friend. I'd like you to make sure you've installed the latest Windows Updates: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12373/windows-update-faq
Older versions of Windows can cause conflicting issues with League of Legends, so It's always best to keep it up to date!
After that, I'm also going to ask that you disable all overlays to make sure that none of them are interfering with your game! We often see them cause issues with performance, and crashing.
Next up, I want to try reinstalling your drivers:
Download the most updated Nvidia graphics drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us (or AMD https://www.amd.com/en/support)
Start the program and be sure to click 'Custom Installation'.
Be sure to check that the 'Clean Installation' checkbox is selected.
Restart your computer after installation.
If your issue keeps happening, could you send me over a new set of logs after trying that out, It'll help me work with all your new info, and see if any new issues popped up.
