[GAMEPLAY] Elise vs Reksai

Hi,

So today I encountered something that I think is counter intuitive. I was playing as Elise and came across Reksai several times in the jungle.

When I cocoon him, it hits, but he tunnels out no problem. Is this fair?

I get the idea that he goes underground, but he is bound! He should not be able to move to transition underground.

I think this needs to be addressed in future patch.
