Fiora has this weird bug where sometimes her summoner spells are disabled. I don't know how to screen shot in game. You guys can try this your self though. I'm not sure when this happens. It just does. Most of the time, pressing Q will fix it.

Have had the same bug a handful of times, noticed it more often when I use ult and die. When I respawn both summs don't work and I had no idea how to remedy it, so I had to wait it out and they come back like a minute later. Pretty debilitating in rank.
