I LOADED IN AT 1:30 seconds HOW DO I STILL GET A LEAVEBUsTER OMFGGG THIS GAME IS FUCKING R%%%%%ED, 18 LEAVEBUSTERS IN A FUCKING ROW AND IM STILL YET TO HEAR A RESPONSE FROM RIOT WITH MY TICKET EXPLAINING THIS SITUATION, WTF IS THIS GAME, LAST GAME I LOADED IN AT 2 MINS AND I GOT ANOTHER LEAVER, BEFORE THAT I WASNT GETTING LEAVERS FOR LOADING IN BEFORE 3 MINS, I WAS GETTING THEM FOR NOT LoaDING IN MY GAME AT ALL BECAUSE OF THE SHITTY GAME CLIENT, 6 REINSTALL AND ROUTER RESTARTS AND NOTHING FIXES THE PROBLEM, I COMPLAINED SO MUCH ABOUT IT TO RIOT IN THE PAST VIA THReADS AND ONE TICKET AND WHERE TF IS MY RESPONSE??????HOPEFULLY I CAN GET ONE WITH THE TICKET I SENT 3 HOURS AGO...... I CANT GET IT.... BS IM MAD PISSED THAT I HAVE TO GO THROUGH MORE LEAVERS BECAUSE OF A WRONGFUL LEAVER TRIGGER, BSS, 90% OF MY TIME IS SPENT FINISHING UP 20 MINUTE LEAVE BUSTERS AND IM SO CLOSE TO QUITTING, RIOT BETTER FIX THIS PROBLEM, OTHER PLAYERS DONT EVEN MAKE IT THROUGH THE LOAD SCREEN BECAUSE OF THE SAME ISSUE AND NO ONE IS PAYING ANY MIND TO IT, sorry for the caps but im really frustrated atm and judging from my last posts on this, i doubt anyone would reply to it , that thought alone makes me more furious that i cant get an answer to this solution for a whole year and a 1/2, First issue was with me getting stuck in loading screen and not making it to my match, 2nd was me getting leavebusters for no reason, there should be a fix to the leavebuster triggers and a change to the leavebuster system to not inconvenience those who cant load in because of a client issue

Hey there!

It sucks to constantly receive Leaverbusters for something you cannot control, but the Leaverbuster system cannot detect whether you disconnect or you intentionally leave a game, but we can try a few things to prevent this from happening in the future.

Firstly, if you haven't already, please download and run the Hextech Repair Tool. When running the HRT, make sure to check the "Reinstall" box and click Start. This will repair game files that may be causing game instability.

If you continue to have issues after a reinstall, send a Support Ticket over to Riot Support explaining the issue, which you have done. In addition to an explanation, attach the generated Hextech Repair Tool logs which should be on your Desktop in a new ticket, or in a response to your most recent ticket if possible.

Keep in mind that Player Support must go to a lot of tickets every day, so a response to your ticket can be delayed. The typical response time for a Support Ticket is between 24-48 hours but can span longer periods of time when there is a ticket overflow.
