Can login but after countdown you get stuck on the mastery/runes screen and nothing happens. yay.

servers are up. Not a good idea to play ranked and lose lp/sanity. Why not just play a regular and chill out. OR make a custom game with friends. Get's your fix and u played a game. Or you know, go enjoy some sunlight and outdoor air.[slayer-jinx-unamused]
