Please fix Evelynn's VO Quotes

Evelynn's VO has been bugged since the beginning of this year. It all started with her kill quotes not activating, and then quotes against certain champs not activating.

Now its gotten much worse.

As of recently, her "W" ability now occasionally lets out a bugged quote of muffled inhuman noises. I have NO idea as to how that happened at riot hq.

Additionally, her taunt quotes recently stopped activating and her recall quotes stopped working most of the time. Please fix this riot, Evelynn mains really need this fixed. I was told it was being worked on months ago, and It's only gotten worse.
