Jhin's W Not Doing the Correct Amount of Damage

Hello there, I just wanted to point out that it seems that Jhin's W has not being doing the correct amount of damage when shot. I thought maybe it was just me lacking in AD, but i noticed when i checked the spell's damage and how much I was actually doing that it seemed to be off. I may be wrong though, but there are other people who seemed to have noticed it in this reddit thread on it too.
