Lucian ulti bug

I am not currently playing in America, i'm playing on the garena server. This bug was found while i was testing out the lucian combo. I dont know if this could happen in a real game but i did this in the practice tool. Video proof: https://youtu.be/jzi3rRxBSkA As can be seen in the video, lucian is able to ulti and auto attack at the same time. This could make him extremely overpowered in teamfights.
