Nunu's Ice Blast goes through Yasuo's Wind Wall

I was playing a game as Yasuo and there was a Nunu mid and sometimes when he'd e me I'd throw my Wind Wall up but it'd go through about half the time. I've also seen this when against a Katarina that her q would also sometimes go through, seems spells that are slow but auto locked can go through sometimes.
