Yasuo EQ bug/glitch?

I play a lot of Yasuo and I have noticed for a very long time that if you EQ trying to do the aoe, sometimes it just flat out doesnt work, sometimes it shoots the Q straight like you are standing still, its got me killed many times and just lost me a ranked game, I cant be crazy tell me this happens to others? can this be fixed?

i can totally relate to this :( i can't play him anymore in rankeds if this bug is always occuring...

The amount of bugs that Yasuo has are beyond counting.
