Hextech Chest Bug?

I opened a regular Hextech chest and received Gun Goddess MF. However, instead of staying in my Loot, under "Skins," it was automatically unlocked and in my Collection.

I think this is the first time that I've seen that happen... Do some skins automatically unlock that way or was this a bug?

If im not mistaken, Ultimate Skin are unlocked automatically since people were complaining about getting those skin shards, but needed a large amount of Orange Essense to unlock them.
