Ammumu and Smite <Visual> <Tiiiny>

so here i am playing this game as mumu jungle and i look down at my smite counter and it say i have 0 charges but the icon i lit up and there hasnt even been anything to smite yet so not sure what that is and smite still worked so its just a visual bug no big deal but thought id mention it

umm i took a screen shot of it but can't figure out how to put that on here if someone told me i could do it
