Visual Artifacts

After the last patch I keep getting strange visual artifacts, like here are 2 examples. I was playing against a nunu and he threw a snowball, it rolled into our turret and then remained rolling in the turret for the remainder of the game. And another one is when jinx fires her ult rocket I can see that she's firing, and see people dying when they get hit but I'm not seeing the rocket.
