Cannot join game

When I woke up, I just want to play a game of league of legend. Then all of a sudden, the game wouldn't load in. And it says that network was horrible. I was confused, bc that last time I checked the ping, it wasn't that high. But then starting a match. it wouldn't let me join. And sh*t let me rework and lost a match and lost a checkmark for rank match....
