[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser W reactivation will miss certain creeps randomly

The bug is simply that Mordekaiser's W, when reactivated, will occasionally and randomly not damage certain creeps.

I have currently only seen this bug on Infernal Mordekaiser, I have not tested it on other skins. Bug occured regardless of items bought.

To reproduce:

1. Cast W
2. Make sure W is around multiple creeps
3. Reactivate W before the spell times out

Each instance of this bug happened in the same game.
