Just leveled up to 40 and didn't receive capsule

Has never happened before, I believe I'm supposed to get a capsule EVERY level-up, right? Instead of giving me a capsule it just added a notification to my emote list to notify me that I unlocked an emote (from the last capsule I opened), even though it already gave me that notification and I already looked at it. Seems a bit wonky, I searched the forums and it looks like other people have had this issue. With no essence-per-game system getting a capsule every single level up is pretty important to me D:
