3 Bugsplats in 1 game and fog of war bug?

Soo, I played 3 games today and the 3rd-one was a mess. I got bugsplat 3 times in this game, and after I've reconnected, my map was buged. The fog of war wasn't working well, because the map showed that I have vision on mid (between the two towers) but when I went there, a Lux appeared randomly just from nowhere (She was on the enemy side). This was still going on after the 2nd bugsplat and same after the 3rd. I wasn't running any other app only Discord and League, is there anyone who knows anything about this?
