[Gameplay] Pantheon's R Grand Skyfall is currently bugged

For some reason the ultimate takes 2 sec to jump and 2 more sec to fall, but as you can see from the pictre below, the tooltip clearly says that the ultimate takes 2 and 1,5 sec! So yeah can you fix this little thing? http://i.imgur.com/KHjyCPs.png
