[CLIENT] Outdated tooltips.

I was looking through some of my main champions skins, lore and tips and I noticed that the tips section is pretty outdated for a lot of champs. I attached a picture of Vladimirs "How too play against" where it says that the DFG is a good counter against him. So, a minor issue, but you might want to update these ^^
