Rapid fire cannon on Nidalee lets her hit enemies across the screen in cat form. I've also noticed similar things with champs where it shouldn't allow them to hit super far, just can't remember which.

I agree. It doesn't feel right, she is not a ranged champion when she ults afterall. If rapid firecannon's purpose was to make melee champs become ranged, on the other hand, it would be fine. However, this would mean that someone like Darius or Garen could attack from afar (although I doubt it would be the best tactic to use). There is plenty of room for experimenting items combinations, but Nidalee in tiger form should definitely be attacking in a close combat, so this item comb feels like a bug to me
