Error Secur32.dll when opening lol ( I NEED HELP I NEED TO PLAY )

hi evry1 I'm lxmorphexl and I need help so yah ive got a problem with my laptop but for league too I use a Lenovo ThinkPad v.T510 Laptop I run on windows 10 and heres my problem : It all started yesterday , as usuall after breakfast I went on my laptop to play the only reason I'm livin which means league of legends :D . So I opened my laptop and saw something not normal when it was loading under the windows logo there was a loading who said {Analysing and Reparing Local Disc (C:) } . It was pretty weird but I didn't worry after everything loading as usual I clicked on LoL and there was a screen saying this LoLPatcherUx.exe -- Error System and said in the screen : << its impossible to start the program since Secur32.dll is missing on your computer. Try to reinstall the program to fix the problem. >> and yeah so I went on internet I search for the error I didn't understand anything I tried reinstalling league but I dont know if I successfully did it or its still the old Lol so I tried deleting all the files of league but didn't worked out and I saw the same error when I tried opening skype and I'm really in need of ma league of legend help me Pls
