[GAMEPLAY] Kled passive not stacking

I was playing kled jungle and i was having a VERY hard time early game because my passive wouldnt stack on epic monsters even though it says in the description that it would stack on epic monsters. This is very inconvenient as kled and i really hope it can be fixed before the next patch in a quickfix maybe? I saved up Ip for this champ for two weeks and i really wish I could play him in jungle, but u get so far behind since, when unmounted, u can't do much, and this prevents you from getting your mount back.
