Bug Of TF

(All triggered without fully charged) I have watched a video that's in Chinese and I post this before in Boards Feedback which I have no idea what's in my brain... The bug is that TF's W can trigger SS and Rapid fire cannon(don't give more range but have damage) and also it can trigger bloodlust in the mastery also, this is just insanly good for AD TF, SS clear wave and bloodlust kite can't wait to try it(in normal xD)
